As a PSR property owner, you are entitled to use the community recreation area, dock, and boat ramp. If you have questions regarding access, including obtaining a key, or need clarification on the use of the park and/or boat ramp, please contact us at support@choicehoa.org. 

To ensure a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment for all owners, the following rules are in effect:
 

• The gate must remain locked at all times, including after launching a vessel.

• Please help keep the area clean and inviting by using the on-site trash receptacle.

• The receptacle is for park-related use only and may not be used for household trash.

• Radios and music should be played at a reasonable volume and in a manner that does not disturb others.

• Be courteous and respectful of fellow owners and their shared use of this common area.

• The recreation area may not be reserved for private or exclusive use by any owner.

• No restroom facilities are available on-site.

• Do not drive or park near the bulkhead.

Access and Availability
The PSR Boat Ramp & Recreation Area is available for all property owners to enjoy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
